The food was really good and The atmosphere very cozy and welcoming. The only thing bringing my rating down is there was no where to change my 5 month old baby's diaper during this visit. We were visiting our family who lives in Shelbourne, and had our two boys with us. Maybe this isn't typically a restaurant where people bring their children, but in our case, we had no other choice.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and fun. The taste of NS chowder was packed full of big chunks of seafood, no cornstarch or flour filler there. We went for lunch and since we were a larger group (6) it took us a bit to be seated. This was fine as it gave us a chance to check out the gift shop. It's definitely on my list of places to go again!

Food was delicious. Nice dining atmosphere. Great service from our servers. Friend's lobster tail was small considering the price of the meal.

We tried 3 dishes and they were all spectacular. Best food experience in Nova Scotia so far. Make sure you seek this hidden gem out even if you need to drive an extra hour out to shelburne. You won't regret it.
