Terrible service. Line up makes you go through eating area. First time I have ever experienced that. Not very good for those dinning in!!!!

My Grilled Cheese and Fries were cold. Dining area needed attention.

I go here about once a month as there's not much in shelbrune and I don't get out of town often, and almost every time they get something wrong. Coffee tastes like water, asked for frosted they give you glazed ask for no peppers or onions and guess what I get, Beagals are burnt half the time, very skimpy on the cream chease, wayy too much chapoltile, wraps are almost always falling apart or fall apart when you pick it up The people working cash either don't talk loud enough or can't speak proper which isn't there fault but the person in charge shouldn't have someone who can't talk taking orders. I understand it isn't easy but I have lived here for 4 years and out of all my visits I'd say they've only gotten 1/5 of them right

Ordered a grilled chicken salad after explaining a gluten allergy. Drove off opened up the bag and they give me a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant.

Low efficiency, poor customer service. One woman was simply passing coffee lids to another while the other woman tried and failed to use a broken marker to write on them. Order was wrong, frozen centre on breakfast sanny, sour attitude.
