The other people in these reviews must be attempting some sort of a smear campaign against this Charley's. The prices are the same they've always been at Charleys franchieses, and the food is just as delicious and hearty as ever too. I drive out 25 minutes to get these cheesesteaks and I'm in love every time I do.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! They are SUPER stingy with everything there. I ordered a large chicken steak sandwich, and the lady put (i kid you not) 7 tiny shreds of mushrooms, a sprinkle of green pepper, and a magnifying glass worth of onions. After the grill, they asked me if i wanted tomatoes and lettuce, and I replied yes please. She placed two of the smallest slices of tomato on the sandwich, and passed my meal to me. I took the ketchup and poured it over my fries, and she gave me the dirtiest look of life, and started talking to her colleague in some sort of Asian language. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

They're a bunch of thieves. They serve you 4 inch sandwich for the price of 6 inch. They cut the meat in half and fill up with a lot of lettuce. 2 - 6 inch cost me little over $21. Rip off. What a bunch of thieves that give Chinese people bad name.

Had a horrible experience, my daughter got Allergic reaction to something that was in the poutin. The manager got mad when I try to explain what happen to my daughter and told me we payed for what we got.

Spent $17 for buffalo chicken and fries. When I got home to start eating the sandwhich I noticed that there was no buffalo sauce. Just lettuce and chicken on bread. It was disgusting and I threw it out after a couple of bites. No taste at all. I would go back for a refund but its a long ride plus I dont even think they would give me one. Avoid this place.
