McDonald's

So I ordered the Big Mac by itself and McChicken by itself with extra lettuce and I did not get extra lettuce. It was just a little bit of lettuce for both. Also, there were no McDonald Monopoly tickets on my box. And the men's washroom had a big puddle in front of both urinals and I don't know if it was water or pee because there was no slippery one wet sign inside the washer.nnIf I didn't have those three problems I would have easily given it a five star but disappointed again with another different McDonald's as with most McDonald's. It's just not the same as it was decades ago.

I recently went to this macdonald location at 25 carrier around 12:30 am on 24th December .I ordered 2 regular poutine. In one poutine i asked for extra gravy and extra cheese curds and the girl who was taking my order said okay. Then i also asked her to add a ranch sauce on top of it and she replied that they don’t serve that anymore. What does it mean that they don’t serve ranch sauce??? Then i went to window and asked same thing and that girl said they can’t add ranch on it. Bro,, i am paying for it and asking a extra thing just like gravy and cheese curds. What is the problem in adding ranch as well. I did not ask anything that was seasonal or not available that she can’t provide. It was just a stripe of ranch sauce on it. This is not good customer service. They need more training that how to serve customer. I was willing to pay for it still she said she can’t add. They only do what looks easy for them. Not good service at all by that girl at counter. Just provide good training otherwise food was good.

During the recent visit at this location, I have mixed reviews about it. The store was Nice and Clean and the environment was quite good. Other than that the food was above average but not great, The coffee that i got was not freshly brewed but the fries were fresh and crispy. On the other side, there was no one at the counter, So i had to place the order on the self Kiosk. After waiting for roughly 7-10 mins I received my order. I feel this store is heavy dependent on the drive thru and mostly all the employees were busy with that. So there was no one to consider the store front order. Staff is nice and friendly. But once again you cannot leave the store front unattended.

Worst experience ever at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee was rude, disrespectful, and had a terrible attitude. Instead of providing customer service, he made the whole interaction frustrating and insulting. Totally unacceptable — if this is how staff are trained to treat paying customers, then McDonald’s really needs to step up its hiring and training. I will never come back to this location and I strongly warn others to avoid it.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s today! The staff member Avneet was incredibly kind and welcoming. She has such a precious smile that instantly brightens your day. Her friendly attitude and positive energy made my visit even better. Thank you, Avneet, for the excellent service and cheerful vibe!
