I walked into this dealership for the first time with my parents in the early 90’s I must of been 13 or 14 years old . Mr Chaput greeted us with a huge smile ,the kindness ,honesty and the no pressure sale made that we are now in 2023 over 30 years have passed and my parents have purchased at least 5 or 6 new vehicles and I have gone threw 4 pick ups one car and just recently a 2024 grand Cherokee limitednnService has always been impeccablenThey have always gone above and beyond i recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an honest and no pressure family operated business .
Excellent experience, professional, prepared, no bumps, they gave fair value for my trade and was available for all questions!nnHighly recommend dealing with Pierre!nnAnd a shout out to Martin as well!nnThe owner wish I knew his name was very helpful. We had a small issue and he made special accommodations to correct on a Friday at 4:30!! Would definitely recommend!!
I called to get some info on a vehicle they were selling and was met with the most obnoxious salesperson who talked over me the whole time and told me he wouldn't budge on the price, without waiting to hear what questions I had, or what I had to offer. Typical crummy sales guy with no people skills. Suggestion to management: Have your salespeople take an etiquette class to avoid driving quality customers away with their lack of class and savoir vivre.
We did not purchase our car there however we should have. We purchased our car from Boucherville Chrysler. Amazing purcahsing experience however their service department is really poor at giving actual service. Poor service after sale.nnWe brought our car to Chaput Auto in Varennes and we are so pleased with the service there if we purchase another Chrysler bet your bottom dollar we will buy it there.nnAmazing service people!nGuy from service is just super and polite. Thank you Chaput Auto.
