The staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my mum's funeral service was handled with the utmost respect and dignity.nnA special thank you to Michael for going above and beyond to guide us through the process. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail made everything much easier for us. He provided outstanding service, and we felt very well taken care of.nnChapel Ridge made a challenging time much more manageable, and I would truly recommend their services to anyone in need.

My family cannot thank Chapel Ridge Funeral Home enough for the incredible care and support they provided during my father's funeral. From the very beginning, the funeral director Andy was very personable. He made a difficult time a little easier with his thoughtfulness and attention to detail.nnWhat stood out the most was how he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was exactly as we wanted. He took the time to understand our wishes, and not only listened but also offered valuable suggestions, including small personal touches and cultural additions that we hadn't even thought of. It was clear that he was not only a professional, but someone who truly cared about making our experience as meaningful and comforting as possible.nnWe are incredibly grateful for all his help during this challenging time. Andy made a tough situation easier to navigate, and we will forever be thankful for his support.

My dad passed away in Markham, Ontario, and while I live in Illinois, my mom, sister, and I were able to coordinate everything seamlessly with Matthew at Chapel Ridge. He was wonderful to work with—handling all the logistics so we had the space to focus on planning the service and funeral reception. He also provided great recommendations for a videographer and ensured the slideshow I created in memory of my dad was incorporated beautifully.nnFrom the wake to the mass and cremation, Chapel Ridge did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of compassionate and professional funeral services.

We attended a funeral service on January 25, and due to the number of mourners, and we had to sit in the overflow area. First, the screen was quite small for a spacious room which easily could sit 200 people. Second, the streaming had lots of lag time. At first it was 10 seconds of streaming, followed by 5 seconds of frozen monitor. Towards the end of the service, it was 30 seconds of decent streaming, followed by an equal amount of time of staring at a frozen screen. Until the situation improves, I would suggest that people who anticipate a large gathering of mourners do not use this venue.nnFinally, the staff who took care of directing people for the final respect did not come prepared for work. His face was unshaven, and he wore a puffer vest under his suit jacket. To me, it was disrespectful to the family and unprofessional.nnOverall, there did not seem to have staff on hand to direct traffic, and no staff available at key areas to provide services.

Sidney from Chapel Ridge is a true professional. She went above and beyond our expectations to provide me and my entire family with the best possible experience that could be expected. We are grateful to have been given the chance to work with her.
