Called looking for a certain patio paver. They luckily came through considering it's a discontinued stone.  However what a massive headache it was to deal with them over the phone, were a landscape company out of town and I was unable to place an order/ pay over the phone so I could simply send a driver to pick up.  3different representatives and 3 different answers, rude customer service and someone who can't do as much as write a note for the next person to see were coming.  Incredibly frustrating to work with and we won't be choosing beaver valley again.

I came here to spend 1million dollars for a small backyard project. I opened the door and no red carpet. My butler announced that i had entered, but no one jumped up and thanked me for coming. There was no barista to serve me my double shot vegan animal cruelty free coffee. Finally a sales rep noticed my metro sexual attire and approached. He didnt hold me by my wee wee and tell me how wonderful i was. His burly voice scared me away and I didnt feel safe anymore. My chauffeur noticed the “safety signal” and escorted me out. I am currently seeing a therapist for my ordeal. Will not return.

Been coming here for a while every time we need to update the backyard the staff is friendly they don’t up sell which I like they don’t pressure you at all you go in and choose what you want for your house I think ppl need to be a bit patient every order is custom … you can’t go to a car dealership and say I need a red car and choose it for me you have to take the time and look around . Overall my experience here was great

Been coming to beaver for over 20 years everything works well and the yard is great! Staff follow through on service requests ! Best yard in the city imo

The most useless staff in office/yard i have ever came across.... u wait 20 min in the office until they serve u..and God forbid Arni helps anyone... he is a liability to this company as he does not try to help or suggest anything at all. Useless... The owners should let go of all their current staff and hire ppl that actually want to work.... the skid guy is probably the only one working properly... and also one of the Spanish guys at the end of the yarddark guy... everyone else is a literally useless!!!

The delivery guy was very rude because the wood palletts were not placed on the driveway. It was not a big deal. I had set them aside in the back so they would have room to place the new sets of stones. I would be more than happy to get them if he just simply asked politely. But he kept complaining about it because he had to go grab it with me.I do not appreciate his attitude and work ethics. His overall behaviour really upset me. If he indeed despises his work, I would recommend seeking employment elsewhere because his service leaves nothing more than bad reviews, awful reputation and terrible impression of the company.

I came here ready to spend $140,000 on Stone.  I walked inside the door I was first in line.  I waited 20 Minutes for one sales rep.  I then showed the rep what I wanted and after about 2 minutes of talking to him he got angry raised his voice at me.  I was being super nice and just asked him if I could special order some stone.    I was blown away how angry he got.  I then tried to find a new sales rep but no one is allowed to show you products outside.  They have zero customer service.   You can go anywhere else and find the same products and actually get customer service.

I will give BVSL 3-stars for their product selection, availability, and pricing. They will often have items I can't find elsewhere due to having large inventories on their expansive yard. However, deducting 2 stars for their customer service, which could do with some polish as many others have noted. Edgy and sometimes almost borderline terse at times, as if they are 'tolerating' my business!

Visited a number of times to match existing pavers. Beaver Valley has a lot of product in the yard and displays in the parking lot so chances are you can find what you are looking for. Guys who work in the brick yard are very helpful!

Service sucks. I had purchased 7500 worth of interlock. After waiting for months of it to be delivered, bvs cancelled my order saying the manufacturer was shutting down for the winter. Went in today first week of spring to get a new trade price list and even after showing the salesman receipt of my cancelled order, he didn't believe that I had an account with them and wanted me to fill out a new account application. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
