Wife cancelled membership on 8/9 because we moved to another city.  We have been trying to get a hold of them and a manager for almost a month now so that we can stop being charged. No response yet.  I would not recommend any gym that tells you when you try to cancel that you may get charged an extra month because they can't get their ducks in a row to turn your bank informaton off.  In comparison I cancelled on the same day at Planet Fitness and I have never been charged.

All around great. Everything from the rest rooms to the equipment. Couldn't recommend it enough.
