I have been coming here for years because Jessica, Sheena and Raina are all wonderful stylists that do a great job. Booking an appointment is easy, the staff is friendly, and it's a clean, pleasant salon. They are very accommodating and I've never left disappointed with my cut and style.

I went into the salon yesterday with blonde hair that needed some root work done. Rather than have a consult with more experienced hairdressers, Bonnie decided to bleach the natural black and silver roots that I had and then promised that the color would come through and it would match my blonde hair. What actually happened was any natural black and brown and silver hair that came through it was all bleached white and I looked worse than when I came in. The only thing they could do to ‘fix it’was to turn my beautiful blonde head into light brown. Everywhere. These people do not know what they’re doing. The manager also decided to say it was my fault I didn’t use another hairdresser? So she did not except any responsibility. Never go to Champers in Langley.Service: Hair coloring

I was looking for a new stylist and was scanning the internet for a top-end stylist in Langley. I came across Champers Walnut Grove. The reviews and detailed description of the Salon helped me make the decision to give them a call and book an appointment. My stylist was Sunny and being it was my first time in her chair, we did a detailed review of my hair and its current condition and what I was looking for in a colour change. As we were going through the process, she continued to update on my hair's colouring and giving me tips on how to care for it after my appointment. The results were spectacular! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! She removed the yellowing from my hair, refreshed it to give me a more natural colour, trimmed it and gave me a gorgeous finished style. Too bad I wasn't going out for the evening because I left there feeling beautiful. Thank you Sunny! I will see you in 3-months for my next appointment.Services: Hairstyling

I'd like to direct this comment to the person named Helen Ling. I don't believe it is appropriate or even the least polite to post someone's name just because she had a poor experience. I wanted to be fair and I checked out this Helen Ling person's profile and it seemed that all she is interested is in food but gives everything else a super negative comment and always posted names of individuals. Maybe she is here to cause trouble and stir up hatred? Everyone views and judges things differently and perhaps this Helen Ling person should wait a while and see how her hair turns out. It is most inappropriate to personally target someone and have no regard how such action would affect the person. I am a regular at the salon and Bonnie has done my hair many times. She is skillful and nice. All I can say is that she gives me the vibe of a much better person than this Helen Ling. Sorry I am using the name Helen Ling. I am just sick and tired of people like this. I have been coming here for over one year and ask explicitly for Jade. She is a fantastic Hairdresser and really cares about your hair. My hair was a mess and now it's soft, the cut is the best I've had and the color is fantastic. I always leave feeling pampered and looking great! The Salon is up to date and always clean and bright. They play music and there is a large screen TV. They offer tea, coffee, water, etc and magazines while you wait for your hair to process. Great staff and a great experience. *I did not get paid for this, I choose to post my own review cause I'm a happy customer*
