Worst place ever to get your haircut!! Never had I ever had this bad a haircut. Avoid the blond curly hair hairstylist as she is master of ruining your hair!!! I would give it a zero star if I could.

I work at Zennkai in Pitt Meadows and had a guest come in asking about Deva Curl products, she had mentioned she saw it cheaper and some holiday packs at this salon and asked if I could call and see if they still had them and what was a better deal for her. I didn't mind at all as I am a honest person and am always looking for the best deal. I called and spoke to the front end staff and asked how much they were going for, she told me they don't sell DevaCurl anymore. I left the conversation and let the guest know, she was kinda shocked because she remembered seeing it not long ago. I called back and asked when they discontinued the line to have her say " I see you're calling from a another hair salon and I am not obliged to give out this info and if the customer wants the product they can come and get it themselves ". WOW, not only did she lie to me she was rude, when all I was trying to do is get the guest the best deal. Horrible customer service, regardless if I work at a competitor salon all the way in Pitt Meadows that shouldn't matter you should treat everyone with respect and not lie. Thankfully Heads Up in Coquitlam center was more than welcome to let me know they had a holiday pack that included a free DevaCurl Supercream with a purchase of their holiday pack, something we weren't offering here. So she decided to go there instead :)

Overpriced Greatclips - bargain basement cuts at triple the cost! Don't go here if you value your dignity. Avoid Avoid. Not for women. And, it's dirty. A health inspector needs to visit this place. Negative stars if possible.

As a guy finding a great place to get your hair cut where they listen is hard. I come into this salon once a month, with no appointment and have any of there hair dressers cut my hair and do an amazing job. Will be there later this week for a cut.
