After visiting stores all over the lower mainland, we ordered a custom sofa from Country Furniture. Beverley was super patient and very helpful. After a 7 week wait it was delivered, which was slightly earlier than promised! The delivery fellows were very friendly and efficient. They even put felt pads on the feet of the sofa for the hardwood floors!! Highly recommend this store!!

We love this store. When we shop here we feel like we are being advised by super knowledgeable friends. There is no feel that they are even selling. I hate furniture shopping since you are never sure of the mark-up or quality. Here you feel good about supporting local manufacturers and and a local business. We loved working with Meghan who is an actual designer. She really explained the difference in quality and value. I could not recommend this store more!

Loved the service! Sales staff knew their stuff regarding the various brands, designs and fabrics... Heidi did a great job helping us select the perfect couch. Frank, Ingrid and Andrew in the head office were all friendly and helpful.

I really like the unique selection of furniture here and sometimes there are even authentic vintage pieces, but the staff are unfriendly they won't give you the time of day unless you seek them out. Then the look you get makes you feel like you need to apologize for bothering them. Have a nice browse but don't expect customer service.
