I wish I could give 0 stars!!! MY FAMILY AND I WAS KICKED OUT DUE TO A RIDICULOUS ARRANGEMENT!!! We 2 adults and 2 children were accepted as new patients in about April and have booked an initial consultation with the family doctor in late August. Today I received a call from the clinic that my family and I have to be removed from the patient list because the doctor need to take a long leave and they are not sure when will the doctor be back. I was shocked and upset. I will never blame the doctor since it was not the doctor's fault. I feel frustrated because: 1. I referred my friend and his family to register at the SAME doctor as new patients. Actually they registered AFTER us but they have met the doctor once. Eventually the clinic didn't kicked them out but transferred them to another doctor of the clinic!! I considered both of the families are patients of the clinic since we were both registered and accepted. Why the clinic kicked us out but keep them? IT'S NOT FAIR!! I asked the staff the same question but she just yelled at me and told me not to compare with another patients. I know it was just an excuse because she was unable give a convincible reason. 2. The clinic ignores and needs and rights of the patients. It is very hard to find a family doctor that accepts new patients. On top of that, the clinic not only kicked out adults but also my children. Actually I planned to seek a medical consultation and a specialist referral at the scheduled appointment that was cancelled by the clinic because my daughter needs a long term ophthalmic follow-up. Now I am worried because I need to start over searching for a family doctor again. 3. The attitude of the staff was extremely rude. No apologies when she represented the clinic to notify me about their ridiculous arrangement. She was unable to answer my doubts so she just scolded at me and told me to call the clinic again after 3 months to see if the doctor come back. I still can't believe that I suffered from that terrible experience. BAD MANAGEMENTS, NOTORIOUSLY BAD STAFF. I will never recommend this clinic!

The receptionist informed incorrect mode of accepting payment . So I had to run to the bank to withdraw money . When I returned later from the bank there was no indication that it was lunch time and the receptionist had left for lunch leaving my personal documents on her desk in a way anyone could read all the information from the documents . I had to wait over an hour just get my documents . Overall : not a good experience at the front desk .

I have been a patient of Dr. Carolyn Yeung's for a number of years. She has been amazing in treating all my medical needs which are numerous - asthma, compression fractures, heart, lupus, etc. She coordinates my specialists and always has time for my questions. Her staff have also been wonderful and if one does need to see another practitioner if Carolyn is away, you will find them very professional as well. I love this clinic!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Carolyn Yeung for about 8 years now. She has always been very attentive, professional and patient in explaining any medical details. She and her staff are also very committed in meeting our special requests and have called in after-hours to follow up. I'm happy that we have her as our family physician as I know she genuinely care for her patients.

This review is for Dr. Jin-si Pao, who has been less than stellar in dealing with my chronic pain issues. She will speak to you like she really cares about your well-being but in fact, it's her own liability that she's looking out for. She refused to operate on me for personal reasons contrary my GP's opinion and then refused to refer me to a clinic of my choice for an alternative treatment method that she herself recommended! I read some reviews that she is a skilled surgeon but it seems that is the limit of her positive feedback. Don't waste your time and seek out a different surgeon who is willing to take calculated risks to help you get well; this one won't do anything for you except waste your time! How disappointing.

Unfortunately, the receptionists I've dealt with are consistently rude at this clinic! I often feel like my calling them is a major inconvenience & then they are notoriously bad for relaying information or assisting with follow ups which is really frustrating!. It’s a shame, because I quite like my doctor, but won’t be recommending this clinic, to any friends or family in the future.

The receptionist is awfully impatient and not polite. Luckily, I don't need to deal with her anymore. 1. She did not let you talk and ask in English, then she immediately change to Cantonese her native language I think. 2. When you just ask if you could put me on the waitlist, she just like a woman in wet market to yell at me over phone. Is she mentally well? This is her job to answer phone calls when other clinic receptionists can answer the phone calls in a professional manner, why she is here if she does not like to answer phone calls? This is her job!

Regardless time of the appointment, I had to wait min for an hour to get in and see the doctor. They constantly running late and not able to schedule appointments properly. Waisted so much time While Waiting being pregnant last trimester. Very disappointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Sally Law since I was a child. She used to be very good but I can see that she's lost passion for her work. Won't refer me to a specialist for my case although many of my pharmacist peers are recommending that. Wait times vary, usually not too bad for your scheduled time. The receptionist is not great. Always seems rushed and annoyed Office is nice and easy residential parking available

Dr. Yeung at Centro Medical is easily the best doctor I’ve ever had. EVER. Professional, accurate, empathetic, super efficient - I seriously can’t say enough good things about her. She has a good bedside manner and will take you seriously, and she is also very efficient. When she says she’s going to get you a referral, make a call, find you information - she actually does it. And quickly. She’s great with kids too. Honestly, I think back on some of the dud GP’s I’ve had in my life and wonder why I settled for dismissive dudes who didn’t listen to me, dismissed my symptoms, or took their sweet time getting me a referral, and I think it’s because I didn’t know doctors like Dr. Yeung existed. Also the Centro Medical support staff are pretty great too. Never had a problem.
