Super uncooperative and manipulative. I asked in advance how long it would take because I was moving out of town in 5 days time. Manager told me 4 days. I asked if it could possibly be done sooner and he said no but assured me they would be ready by the 4th day and I was fine with that because I had his assurance. On the 4th day and time they provided I went in and only some of my items were ready. I asked if I could have my clothes back anyways and a refund on whatever wasn't done since I couldn't come back another day and they said no because they had sent them to another facility which was now closed for the day. I explained to the store clerk why this was unacceptable and she agreed with me saying their process does not work and that the items are almost never ready by the time they provide to the customer. Again, I requested some course of action because I didn't understand why I was given a false timeline and why nobody was able to call me beforehand warning me about the delay since I had left my phone number. She then told me she couldn't do anything without the manager so she kept my receipt and wrote down my friend's phone number who would come back on my behalf. He went back to pick up my remaining items and speak with the manager. Not only did the manager have ZERO regard for customer service, he told my friend that he would not issue anything because he didn't have the receipt -- the same receipt his store clerk took from me in order to attach my friend's name and number to the order!! I never leave reviews but this experience was especially bad. Go support a local dry cleaners instead!

I brought a lady's short sleeved red silk blouse in to be cleaned. It was returned with small, dry specks on the fabric; like dry bits of craft or packing paper. The front of the blouse was marked with grey dust which I was able to remove. The pre-cleaning soil on the collar remained. The pressing did more harm than good leaving shiny outlines of the facings down the front. The creases on the back and under the arms were not removed. The blouse is in worse shape after the "cleaning" than it was before. Such a disappointment for a favourite garment.
