My mother has been at this location since May 2024 waiting for a place closer to home. She weighed over 140 pounds and she walked!!! She is now in a wheelchair to avoid falls??!! November now, she is hospitalized for double pneumonia and severe urinary infection. However, it had been 2 weeks since I told them that my mother had a very bad cough.nBut I have no power to get her out of this place!nIs this really how we treat our elderly??? I didn't agree to send it there but I had no alternative and no choice.nI feel like I sent him to death

ZERO STAR disorganized and inhumane staff. Play with people's lives. Leaves patients in poor medical conditions. Does not read medical records before providing care or feeding the patient. We leave a patient with a loose jaw for several days and continue to feed him without reading the medical records. This person died in cruel conditions. Flee this place. There are no words to express the treatment they can inflict on a vulnerable person.

It's already been 3 years since my mother died following a mysterious fall, not to mention the fact that on the day of her death, I was not informed even when I called. Before that, she was left on a balcony in April which gave her pneumonia, in addition to other falls and an attendant who intimidated mom, even on Christmas Eve when I was present. At least she had an angel, Lorraine, who came to bed with her at night. Sadly....

To the director of the CHSLD of St-Eustache, my father who is in the secure wing for people with cognitive disorders and who is at the end of life with morphine injection, cannot receive more than one person!!! I am triple vaccinated, I test myself every 7 days because I work in biotechnology. So have a little compensation!!! We are talking about seeing a father before he dies and above all accompanying a mother during this terrible ordeal!!
