Clinique Médicale Deux-Montagnes

Despite calling during the hours in which they state taking calls which are super limited, I repeatedly get a phone message that says “the person I am trying to reach is unavailable”. Additionally, I am never able to get an appointment through RVSQ. Not sure what the point of having a family doctor is if you can’t get an appointment with them. Do better!

Worst clinic EVER!! can never get ahold of family doctors. Between having to go online to make appointments, the hours they set to call and still don't answer and their automated service to ignore you....they aren't any help especially for metal issues or for the elderly who don't know how to use their services properly. Would not recommend.

Very poor service!!nSupposed to be walk in clinic but no walk in service!!

Strange clinique that protects itself from the patients by giving info letters and explaining how you should call after 22.00 in the night to set up an appointment. Its not clear why personal instead of pushing clients to a system that is half a way developed cannot take the appointments directly. The mere fact of calling after 22.00 when statistically most of the citizens are sleeping or preparing to sleep is a total disrespect towards them. Since when electronic appointment system can work only near to midnight? Since when costumers have to learn when to call an automatic answering machine? Strange that such a mediocre service where clients are refused even an appointment can survive.

Haven't seen my family doctor is years. Everytime I try to make an appointment they say she's not available and give me some other doctor. And they never have availability I cent get an appointment either way .
