Clinique Médicale Deux-Montagnes

Strange clinique that protects itself from the patients by giving info letters and explaining how you should call after 22.00 in the night to set up an appointment. Its not clear why personal instead of pushing clients to a system that is half a way developed cannot take the appointments directly. The mere fact of calling after 22.00 when statistically most of the citizens are sleeping or preparing to sleep is a total disrespect towards them. Since when electronic appointment system can work only near to midnight? Since when costumers have to learn when to call an automatic answering machine? Strange that such a mediocre service where clients are refused even an appointment can survive.

Difficile de voir SON médecin quand on en a besoin. Autre médecin vu au sans rendez vous à 2 reprises ne semble pas se soucier d'un suivi malgré une douleur persistante, après une semaine incapable d'avoir le résultat de mes radiographies et de savoir ce qui est à suivre. Au moins les secrétaires sont assez courtoises.
