I usually go to the Brunet a few blocks away, but for whatever reason decided to pick something up at this Jean Coutu.nnIt was around noon on a weekday and there was no customers in the store. I had a simple yes/no question about a OTC medication and they told me I would need to wait at least 15-20 minutes and to have a seat in the waiting area.nnI'm not expecting immediate service, but a 20 minute wait in an empty store for a one word answer is ridiculous.nnI didn't wait and went to Brunet on the corner of 9th avenue and they answered my question, had a great attitude and didn't book me an appointment.nnWay to gain and retain customers Jean Coutu.

Always have a good experience here. Remember this is not a massive pharmacy with food it does have all the essential health items though ans they are always helpful.nnBelle experience depuis plusieurs annees. Petite pharmacie pour tout besoin medical.

After being in incredible pain for days, I was denied help by pharmacist during holiday. Was forced pushed to go to incredibly busy hospital to have something done which they could have helped me with themselves. Thank you guys, for the 12 hours in the hospital IN PAIN, for some simple painkillers

Very slow service and if you speak English they are very ignorant . They basically called me and told me.my meds were ready 2 days ago , I go yesterday she was extremely rude and thought I didn't understand french what bad customer services oh ya did Mention my 8 year old was standing there and understands french . Definitely switching to st Mart they are so much better and nicer !
