I as well am surprised by the bad reviews. Reception staff and the nurse who gave my daughter's their vaccines were warm and caring. They saved me a return trip, helped us bridge the vaccine schedule from us having moved from Ontario, and the nurse who administered the vaccines was so fantastic with our girls. Highly recommend. We had an appointment and we're in and out with no wait or delay.

I have heard horror stories about healthcare in Quebec and this place has totally contradicted everything I've heard. Wait times were completely reasonable. The receptionist is lovely and the rest of the staff I dealt with was very nice as well. They listen, they care and they seem to be legitimately interested in helping.

None of the receptionists know what they are working with, if you have a question they just tell you to ask a coworker and the coworker tells you to call info-santé. Wouldn't even give one star to the receptionists, otherwise the service after dealing with the receptionists is fine.

I have been there 3 times now. And everytime i went it was cause i realllly wanted help but i was refused to see a doctor,social worker or anyone else. I mean how many more times are they gonna send me back home crying. why cant anyone at the clsc help me??? im 23 years old i just need to see someone to help me get out of this horrible relationship and help me with my depressrion but no they send me back home everytime. what am i supposed to where am i supposed to go.

Super unprofessional. Really old and bitter staff.They are in the past - still losing files and never knowing what others are doing with patients.

My family doctor is based here. She is great.

Does not take walk-in patients. Staff could be more charming.
