Centre d'animaux Safari Express Laval

Excellent service from ROXANNE. She always takes the time to help me find what I'm looking for and offers advice on what food, etc. are best for our puppy. She even went over and beyond to explain to me how to potty train my puppy. She is the reason I keep going back to this particular store.

Customer service is far from being important for all employee I met there. They are not able to keep inventory and missing food when we need it. Rude to customer saying we should think about it in advance and make sure they did their job by ordering enough. So the customer is rudely asks to control the shop inventory...happened to many times.

bought a guinea pig here today, and I don't normally write reviews but the employees were amazing. They really went the extra mile in helping me and I could tell they really cared for their animals. :D

Terrible experience today, customer service Is terrible, I went to go buy a pet fish and roxanne the most unprofessional looking manager said no I cannot purchase one because «  i live at home » and there was no further explanation as to why I could not I am 27 but where do you want me to be living so I can have this fish? Anyway nevertheless in the safari many of the fish were in the tanks were dead so perhaps they should not be living with you guys. Honestly never going back to this safari or recommending anyone to this place. Sadly I need to give one star cause I can’t put zero.

They have good prices on the items I am interested in reptile supplies. Decent but not great customer service.

Don't sell many animals and some are not in the window that list st heir names bit great choice in food and accessories.

Great place, small but lots of stock, good service, smells a bit much though

Empty, barely anything. Cats were all smooched in small cages ....

Rude and unprofessional. Don’t buy there.
