I got my dog here and I absolutely love him. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pet accessories sold there seem aimed mostly toward older bougie women who see themselves as affluent. The only strike I give this place is that a lot of stuff is overpriced.

We bought $ a puppy today. Welcome to the family dear Teddy. My teens named him Teddy. My 14 years old suffers from an anxiety condition ; her therapist suggested a dog as an emotional support animal Pet. We had plans to go to two pet stores today, shopping. We decided to stay at Rouki Froufrou after been welcomed by these two unusual cx service pets.. Haha two beautiful cats lolol.. We certainly felt there is a family in such Pet - store. All in All the shopping experience for accessories and service was 5 Star from Young Charlotte. The chosen puppy was easy ; Charlotte made my daughter tried carrying few pets of Adriana's choice until chemistry happened between this Morkie Poo. maltese - Yorkie with a Poodle. and my daughter. Prices are very competitive and I can guarantee fully satisfaction like I had bussiness wise $. Nice, positive Healthy & calm environment, seems like the staff knows what they do with & for the pets. They care for their chosen profession. Very satisfied with the Rouki Froufrou in Laval. Worth a visit folks. You can get your pet, accessories, and care like grooming, shampooing, food, treats.. ect ect ect. I even got myself a free treat Uhm a nice cup Of coffee for Daddy Bear. lol. We all got spoiled at Rouki Froufrou. Thank you Rouki Froufrou For taking care of me for 3 months. I'll visit, Teddy.

If I can put a zero star I would. A couple of years ago I brought my dog to get her nails clipped, and they cut nearly all of her quicks. My dog was screaming of pain and I had to stop them and take her out of the shop. I decided to give the shop a second chance, years later, since the pandemic made it almost impossible to find others places for a quick nail cut -even at her vet clinic and they, again, cut her quick really bad. They didn't advise me about it, I found out once I was in my car, with her nail gushing blood. ****Now I know, based on their multiple responses for the same problem that they will not take accountability and say that they are dealing with living animals that move... however, clipping nails is basic 101 for ANY professional groomer. My dog is extremely calm and well trained; but even at that, had she been a dog that moves around a lot, they could've stopped and advised me that they cannot continue or my dog risks getting hurt. To conclude it all, a cut quick that gushes that much blood is impossible to miss.... they didn't even have the decency to take care of it, or at least, to let me know so that I can apply pressure right away. Her quick has been bleeding for more than 15 minutes and she now is at the vet clinic. I will reach the owner shortly to get a refund and see that my vet bill gets fully paid for by the shop. Zero professionalism!

Me and my girlfriend had a bad experience because the people that work here seem to be snobs and only like rich people who shop there. We walked in and we didn’t even get one hello by any of the employees, then we were looking at the dogs and let me tell you how overpriced they are, $3500 for a small dog ridiculous. Anyways we were looking around for a couple of minutes and we didn’t even get one person to come up to us to ask if we need help or anything, instead they were all giving their attention to the rich people who dyed their dogs fur pink. Disgusting service and disgusting employees, go to the SPCA to adopt an animal instead at least they help you and the people are nice to you there.

Got my Malshi there. Awesome people. They breed their own dogs. So no puppy mill B.S.

I don't usually write a comment on google but I want to alert future client. So, they have a very bad service. Employees and manager have such a bad attitude when dealing with clients. I had so many problems with them and I never wrote a review, however, this time it was awful ! My dog used to love to go there, but the last time he was very hurt and didn't want to stay!! I've never seen my dog acting this stressful. Employee was blaming me for not bringing my dog sooner for dog grooming instead of dealing with the problem! My dog didn't even finished his full grooming and only 2 of his paws were done. The manager didn't want to continue and didn't even want to try to take care of my dog. They gave me back my dog in a horrible way and didn't even care. I took my dog the next day to another groomer La maison des chiens and it went perfect. Moreover, they charge very expensive and do not even do the job correctly.

I would not recommend getting ur pets groomed there… Everytime my dog comes back from grooming he has either a rash or cuts on him. It’s a nice place to get a pup or cat or even accessories for your pets but BAD place for grooming!!
