Very good quality pets’ foods located in second floor of Alexis Nihon The product choices are pretty vast, for cats, dogs, fishes, and bird,etc. The price of the products are expensive.
Horrible and rude owner! I gave my honest opinion and he provided very rude comment. Your staff told me because of fire alarm they didn't get call, you told you don't have electricity. This is contradictory, please train your staff and teach them how to lie properly. If it is skip delivery is responsible then why you called me and told me to tell them to send someone for pickup. Learn basics of talking behaviors with customer and teach your staff how to lie properly. It is so horrible when people have difficulty in this type of weather and while they are donating food but restaurant is coming with this type of response. We don't want your food and we can buy from somewhere else. Keep it up your rude behavior in your home and close your restaurant.
I love this store. When I am around, i would always go there for browsing. We bought our cute little quaker parrot when he was 6 months old, here!! If anybody remembers him being at the store, he is doing fine. He says hello to everyone. He is super cute. I can't imagine a day without his screams!!!! Thank you!!
Had an amazing experience with Jade! She was super patient, attentive and especially kind. Great customer service, this location is out of the way for me but based on how awesome my experience today was I’d take the extra journey!

Excellent customer service. Coby was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for.
Was served by a tall guy with glasses, I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was great and he was able to guide me through the different products they carry. Prices are on par with most other pet shops. Wish they carried more things for large breed dogs but overall they have a good selection
It's hard to not check out the cats any time you pass by here.
Fantastic team, fantastic service. My bunny was dealing with a GI stasis and the helpful employee team gave me advices and generally inquired about my bunny during subsequent visit. The staff is fantastic, their manager is wonderful and everyone is always so eager to help out. Purchase all of your animals needs in this location, you won't be disappointed.
I went there to check their fancy goldfish. They are a LOT more expensive for their size than other places and some don't look healthy. Their prices in general I find more expensive than other shops. When I asked for assistance, I felt like a bother. Anyways, first time, last time.
