Wonderful service and good selection of items, particularly coats. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I just adopted a dog and had many questions, and the staff patiently explained things to me.

This is the best pet store in Montreal! Every time I have gone in there, the staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful. I will go out of my way to come here knowing that it carries good quality products and amazing staff.

Kind and loving staff. Took much of their time finding a coat for Google and after 30 minutes found one that looks chic and at a great price. Thanks so very much for your help.

Is a very small shop not a great choice of products but staff is attentive & friendly
