Both older ladies who work there are absolutely miserable one more so than the other. Their lack of customer service is astonishing. Even though the location of this store is very convenient for me, I shop elsewhere.

Terrible service, especially if you are an Anglophone. Drive up to Little Bear Animalerie instead for a store that gets customers service, unlike the 2 miserable women employed here.

The old lady who works here is absolutely horrible. Also they hate having customers actually read the ingredients of the pet food and would rather you just get out of the store. Terrible service, awful place.
