poor customer service. I went in to look at fish supplies and two staff members stood on either side of me and watched me the whole time. Never felt so uncomfortable. This was after I had told them I was just looking. The beta fish also looked like they were dying. Definitely way better pet supply stores in Montreal. Not returning.

Very helpful staff. The animals are handled very carefully and they are social and amiable. Often items on sales and bundles available. They also provide detailed information about the animals and the care needed. Highly recommend this establishment.

Great experience they got a good selection of fishes a bit pricy but healthy fishes bought all my aquarium fishes from them
