Loved it! One of the best playgrounds I've ever been too. Good for little ones, as well as older kids. The beach is beautiful, there's a public washroom, small cafeteria & a little pond that attracts all sorts of birds. Definitely one of my top 3 parks to bring children in Greater Vancouver.

The whole area of Boundary bay and centennial Beach park is lovely. We transit an hour and a half to get out here for a walk and some nice photos. Each trail is easily accessible and good for an easy stroll or a quick run. Nature and wildlife are booming all around from ducks and herons in the ocean to the predatory birds scanning the skies and swooping in low on prey. A great place for photographers and a wonderful spot for a family picnic as well.

One of the better beaches I've ever been too and a lot of memories growing up here. Please be aware that this place used to be a well kept secret, but no longer. Expect crowds of families enjoying the beach on sunny days. There is a decent burger and fries cafe (open during the summer) attached to the large change rooms and public washrooms. There is also a huge playground for the kids and areas to play soccer and softball. If you'd rather go for a walk there are a few trails nearby that will take you either along the dyke or through the bird reserve. It's a great place to visit!

Great park to visit with various trails to walk or run along. The views are impressive and sometimes eagles are present. It is a dog friendly place with on leash and off leash areas. There are places where doggy poop bags can be found and specific bins for dog waste. Do not throw into garbage bins. It's a nice beach and can be quite windy here from time to time. Parking is plentiful unless there's an event running at the location which can be a common thing throughout the year. There's a full gender specify washroom facility with wheelchair accessibility.

Nice beach to take the dog in the winter. If you come in the summer make sure to look at the tide chart before hand. If it's low tide you have to walk forever to get to the water. But you can find sand dollars that far out. Which is cool.
