Douglas Park

Beautiful park. Quiet place to relax, read a book, sunbathe and exercise. There's a fitness circuit with chin-up bars, sit-up bench, dip bars and even hurdles. Great community center with all the amenities. Free parking.

The park is a really relaxing park to hang out in and with your friends and the sunsets look amazing there. The staff are really nice if u get to know them

Great park, covers two city blocks with lots two softball diamonds and cricket pitch. There is also a 1 kilometer track around the perimeter of the park.

Predominately open green area used for playing fields for soccer, baseball and cricket, with a community center serving filter coffee and snacks in the middle, and a good playground. Lots of free parking, but the restricted areas are zealously patrolled. Obviously fantastic for those living nearby, but definitely not memorable enough to visit as a tourist.

Great energy, lots of locals, lots to do: jogging track, softball, Wading pool, playground, tons on sunny grassy fields and shady spots under big willow trees.
