Amazing guy! I checked out Centek years ago and have been very impressed with Bao. He works hard, takes his time, but he is able to resolve and repair difficult electronics issues. Glad to have a qualified electronics expert in Ottawa. A true gem!

Fast excellent service. They are a true electronics expert, great for custom problems, unlike other repair companies that can only repair phones or laptops.

I needed to repair my Sony Lavalier for a film shoot and tried ebay, calling sony and posting on kijiji and then found this place. He fixed my lavalier right away and now it works great.

Had not used my Technics Turntable for years and years. I decided to try it out. No luck whatsoever. Took it to Centec. Not only did he have the parts required, but had it fixed within his time estimate of 14 days. I was well happy. I would most definitely use him again. No complaints at all.

Mr. Bao took great care in servicing my Electrohome Circa 75 701 C. He is very professional and went to great lengths to ensure the chassis was properly reinstalled in the cabinet. Beyond that, the cost was more than reasonable. I am a happy customer.

Mr Bao fixed my tube preamp’s humming noise. First I thought noise came from my new power amp, he tested and told me it might be the tube preamp issue. He is amazing!

My LG 37" LCD TV was turning on only after several hours of warm up. Called them and told me to bring the power supply board only to save labor, which turned out to be easy to do. They fixed the board the same day changed capacitors and all is working now.
