Really great place to get audio equipment. Really good staff helpful and they know their stuff. A bit pricey for certain items but when you walk out with something you'll be satisfied and the Bose headphones that I purchased have been discontinued but they are still working awesomely.

Absolutely amazing experience! If you love music and looking for quality products THIS IS THE PLACE. I’ve got to mention one of their employees Tina, she is such an amazing girl and helped me so much with my headphones. Go hit her or her colleagues up! Should I buy any Bose products in future, I will buy them from this store.

The good people at the Bose store Rideau Centre truly know how to take care of a customer and provide exceptional service. They were attentive and went above and beyond when it came to helping me out with my headphones. Quality products and great service; Bose continues to set the bar high.

This is the best store in the world. The guy who works there sorry I didn't ask his name : , he is extremely helpful, very jovial and he is my favourite in the world now. My nose earphones broke and they gave me new ones and I was just dancing with happiness..He recognized me too..m

I bought ear pads for my noise cancelling headphones. They cleaned my unit and replaced the pads all done at no extra cost. I can't say I hope these break down soon, but I will definitely be investing in another set in the future.

It has to be five stars services. I brought a sport head phone to them to see why it can't be charged, after the staff check it and think it's dead already, he just give me a brand new one and other accessories. I'm ready to buy the 700
