Ceili's on 4th Modern Irish Pub

I am a self proclaimed beef dip sandwich connoisseur and for years I’ve searched for the best beef dip. I found it today at this Ceili’s restaurant in Royal Oak. WOW it is easily the best sandwich I’ve ever had and the service was just as perfect. The beautiful bartender was so attentive, sweet and kind. I can’t wait to go back here again very soon. I see the high reviews of all their food so I can’t wait to try it all. What a gem in the NW! They roast the beef for the beef dip themselves and put these crispy onions on it. Oh the Cesar salad was the best I’ve ever had I swear. So creamy and amazing wow, I can’t say enough about this place. Great atmosphere too.

I tried the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich while my wife had the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with shrimp added on. I found the chicken overcooked super dry and the sandwich did not have much sauce. Our super awesome waitress offered to get me something else but I just asked for BBQ sauce which she promptly brought out. My wife's salad looked awesome and she liked the taste of it. I would go back but definitely try something else. Again, service was great and appreciated after a long day and fiasco with DoorDash. We had initially ordered our food through them DoorDash but cancelled after it said 35 minutes when we were looking to order and switched to 120 minutes after ordering. We cancelled our order but DoorDash wouldn't give us our money back. The restaurant called and tried fixing as well but also got nowhere. So it sucked paying for an order we didn't get and 1 we got. This was purely a DoorDash problem not the restaurant.. order directly from the restaurant!

Wasnt too busy so we got a table and didnt wait long for the food. Server was extremely friendly. Highly recommend their chicken pot pie!

Service was good, food was good. We had some wings, beers and some sandwiches. Overall a positive experience. Carter was a fantastic server, food came out quick and tasty.

A beautiful day so sat out in the patio. Food, service and all was pleasant enough but nothing really to distinguish it from other establishments.

Super friendly staff and great recommendations. Came in for supper the other night after a day at stampede. Had a delicious meal in a nearly empty restaurant. Drink service was stellar and speedy. Service was excellent as well. They do have a lot of drinks that aren't on the drink menu. If you want something you don't see, just ask! Parking: Limited parking in the complex.

This place is great. I was very surprised at how good the food is. I have now eaten here 5 times, everyting has been excellent. Good beer and service

We ordered 3 beef dip for take out tonight and when we got home the au jus was missing. We called back to the restaurant and the staff and manger were very apologetic. Right away the manger Jason offered to deliver the au jus. With the au jus was desert on the house! Such a great experience and a kind gesture! The food was also amazing as usual! As regular customers we will definitely always come back! Thank you!

Great food and good service, but pretty run of the mill atmosphere. It's an Irish pub, you've been here. Worth it for the food though, better than average and good selection. Parking: Limited parking in front. Lots of the spaces nearby are limited to 45 mins, which means on busy nights parking can be a challenge.

We traveled all the way from the SE for this place... Adam one of the chef's came out an even asked how everything was.. I would give more stars but obviously can't haha... What a great time.Food: 5/5
