I usually deal with Kenmount Road Animal Hospital, but couldn't get an appointment the same day so they set up an appointment with their sister vet, CBS Animal Hospital.nnMy Bear was crossing the rainbow bridge, and the staff was phenomenal. They were very compassionate and let us stay as long as we needed.nnVery thankful, and very grateful.
This is about the incredible lady on the front desk. Unfortunately I was too distraught to ask her name. I brought my special dog Marley who passed last night in to the clinic today and she was so kind and understanding. Her compassion and caring attitude was unbelievable! I hope she sees this post. Thank you so much!
Dr. Maria was absolutely phenomenal. We went in for an emergency visit, and she was sure to give many options for course of action to ensure our boy was still getting the best care while still not breaking the bank. She explained everything so throughly and made sure we understood. The office called after appointments to check in to make sure everything was going good, and to make sure there wasn’t anything else we needed. We never waited long during our follow up appointments. We would absolutely recommend this vet and trust them with our boy.
I was not happy with the service I received because I couldn't reschedule my cats appointment without losing my deposit, but I still had to wait 30 minutes after I got there!nI had a tight schedule myself and had to get back to work. My time is valuable as well, and I didn't appreciate being made to wait.nI didn't even get an apology!nThe vet, however, did treat my cat well, and I got the medication that I went in for.
If you want an all inclusive Veterinary Hospital this is the place to go. The technicians are all wonderful and Dr. Brison is the best. 10 stars!!
