Hi just wanted to thank dr Cutler and the staff at your hospital .we had to take our cat Trixie over there last month. Dr cutler checked her out and diagnosed her as having an infection from a bite. He was right ! He treated her with pain injection and an antibiotic.she recovered wonderfully ! A spot on her shoulder started to shed the fur and we noticed that there was four puncture wounds that was healed . Fur has grown back now. Dr Cutler was so gentle and patient with us and her .we just wanted to thank him for his service and say how much we appreciated looking after us.
My animals have been patients at the Baccalieu Trail Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. I have never went there and had a bad experience. The reception desk is always ready to help and get appointments underway with friendliness and courtesy. The amount of respect and kindness the veterinarians show is very heartwarming and I always feel comfortable and welcome with my animals. Even during the time of euthanization of my animal I would not want to be anywhere else but in the kind, caring, and capable hands of these doctors. I will continue to keep my animals under the care of this hospital as it is certainly all they will ever need.
Absolutely great! I've brought my cats here and seen a couple of different vets for various levels of care and all were great, very caring and compassionate
We had an emergency and the team at BTAH were able to get us in within a few hours and took incredible care of our pupper. Dr. Rose is an amazing vet and very caring person which put us so much more at ease having to leave Jimmy overnight for several nights. Very pleased with the service, facility and staff. Highly recommend!
Rude staff. Bad phone manners . I said a vet called me at the end of the day and to call back Monday and book an appointment. They told me I was lying g and they r taking on no new clients.
