I went to CBI for shoulder surgery rehabilitation and strengthening. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable helping not only to rebuild my strength but also to increase my confidence in what my body was capable of. I would highly recommend this team to anyone serious about taking charge of their own heath and recovery.

Go anywhere but here for pre access d/a testing. Went here last week. Was suppose to be express. The lady doing the testing was not professional. Claimed my urine was inconclusive. I had a test done the day before for a different job at I.W.C.T with no issues. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated fairly.

As a injured patient I want to start with tense machine and heat before my exercises I ask two consecutive days they gave me only heat,they told me to wait the physio therapist to install the machine kept waiting but no one attend my demand.

CBI was great. Got me back to work. Helped me get my back strong and taught me exercises to keep my back strong. Very friendly. Great experience. Great people.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They work for wcb they do not care about your well-being.

I was assigned to CBI by Worksafe. They treat you like a school child and talk down to you. Don't really do much with you, but stand and gossip with each other. Walk past once in a while, and glance at you. If you on a WSB claim don't expect to hear back once the claim is up. Not even a simple reply that says you're no longer my patient so I can't respond to The messages you sent yesterday when you were. My team completely missed that I had bone on bone injuries and sent me back to work despite my telling them I was still in constant pain that wasn't getting better. My pt retold WS that I had no limitations and there wS nothing more that could help this client. Further therapy would not benefit me. Three months later I needed a TK R.

I was injured doing physio here for almost two months the nurses acted like they cared but I had very minimal results still unable to return to run heavy equipment and I don't know why, despite my struggle they told me they were not able to help me any longer as they apparently did all they could and sent a report to wcb that I was fit to return to work with no limitations?! I'm not sure if it was personal or they just don't care for anyone's well being. I always knew they were two faced.

As a patient I found everyone helpful, informative and willing to listen to my specific concerns towards my rehabilitation. Great attention to detail.
