If you have a PROVEN mental impairment, this place either cannot see it or refuses to see it. And the bathrooms are disgusting. There IS no suggestion box, even though they try and tell you there is. It really seems to be invisible. :-( Don't let them try and send you to ARC. You will only be abused.
