7 pm visit on 4/24/23. The entire staff from check in to discharge were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The experience was very good and was satisfied with Dr Bael and he explained details about my upcoming appointments.

Excellent staff with sense of responsibility. I left Ithaca to travel yesterday and I needed my report of the Covid testing which I took here to get on the plane. I called the Cayuga medical associates and the staff here found my report and sent it to me as pdf with his personal emailas the patient portal cannot show the full detail of the report.

Went for a cast during COVID social distancing time. Front desk ladies were nice. Room nurse and Dr were matter of fact. Not the nicest but not the worst.

Make sure not to ask any questions during a routine annual preventative service visit unless you want to be billed.

I use Cayuga medical for all my health services and have been satisfied with them 100%

First off let me say that Shannon, who is a clerk, is AMAZING. However, I had a TERRIBLE billing experience. I was owed a refund back in November. It’s now two days before April and I still don’t have it. Everybody I spoke to in the billing office, who is a third party, was not only unhelpful but extremely rude and unprofessional. After months of asking who else I can speak to or what I can do to get this check Yasmin finally sends me to Shannon here in Ithaca after swearing at and hanging up on me. Finally I speak to Shannon and she is so extremely helpful and she was so nice to me on the phone and got me my check. They either need a different billing party or they need to hire more people like Shannon to do their jobs. Thank you so much to Shannon and to Shannon alone.
