The people at the front desk are just rude and nasty. The doctors can’t be bothered. Absolutely terrible place.

The place is good, I am getting the help needed, though, not sure about the safety of the bathrooms. I went in and there was a male in the last stall of the female restroom. Staff was notified, and nothing was done. The woman at the desk said she wasn't concerned said that there are trans patients, which I am completely aware of and have no judgement. But of course, it was an extremely uncomfortable situation. I instead waited until the man left the bathroom. They should have one of those family bathrooms so this situation doesn't happen and make patients uncomfortable during their visits.

awful place. i spent 10 months trying to get my psychiatrist to take me seriously about another disorder i had on top of what i was already diagnosed with and she consistently told me it wasn’t happening or that it wasn’t something that needed to be treated. so I got a second opinion and was prescribed something else on top of what i was already taking. at our next appointment she ripped into me about going to someone else and stopped responding to my emails so i couldn’t refill my script .

If you can afford it, run to the nearest private psychiatrist. The counselors were nice, but the nurse practitioner I had was terrible, along with her nurse. Absolutely no respect at all and a liar. I am so happy that I've finally been diagnosed with what is wrong with me.

It was great until my psychiatrist started yelling at me for not wanting to cook, I didn't cook because at the time it would require me to clean the dishes then I'd get angry that no one else does so I just didn't bother with any of it. I miss counseling haven't been in it since that incident I felt I had learned everything I could. I miss being able to talk but I was in anxiety and misery after that last visit do to being yelled at and told I wasn't trying because I didn't wish to cook.

I love Dr. G and Emily are wonderful!. They both listen to what you have to say and help you with your issues. The receptionist is fantastic and very friendly. The suggestion box is right there at the window when you check in.

Still waiting to see if they only turn Auburns rejects into medicaided zombies hope not I have love one going here. Don't think anyone who will put someone on meds just to please popular people of the drug game. Let's pray that Jobs are done to make even disliked people better the right way not in the name of demonic revenge

Awesome people and place, Cayuga County isn’t pumping people up, so many nice people, and before anyone else makes a bad review, they’ve got a suggestions box usually in the waiting area. Just look for it.

Im really not sure where I would be without the help from this organization. Greg is a great and understanding guy happy this place is on my side

When they were needed the most they left me to figure it out, councelers allowed to cancle appointments the day of, its a big joke over there. Cayuga County just trying to pump drugs into people for that $$$
