The salmon from there is terrible, and probably double the cost of any normal grocery store that sells similar products. The caviar we did get was really good, but the employee seems to actually know nothing about the product and could not even describe any flavours just made a stupid 30 to 300 dollar bottle of wine reference.

If you're going to charge those prices for smoked salmon then you need to let customers taste what you're offering. "All of our packages are sealed" is an excuse to prey upon consumers' lack of knowledge. The only appropriate response is "I'd be happy to open something for you! Which one would you like to try?"
