Plenty parking. They do have sensitizers provided at the entrance. Small and limited selection. Lots of bad reviews on google but when I shopped this evening, fully stocked, clean and organized unlike others said. Produce was fresh, few shelves were empty and I couldn’t find any staff to ask. Plastic bags were not displayed at the self serve counter and we needed to call someone from the front. They do have rooms to improve.

It's not bad, it's a pretty clean store, well organized, the cart area is right by the door. Bring a quarter if you want to use a cart. Prices are better than other mainstream food markets. Its not getting my full 5 stars cause it's just so.... Yellow in there lol the walls and logo

This is a great no frills. They have a huge selection of pretty much anything you could need/ want grocery wise. The staff are friendly and helpful and you really can't beat their prices on most food items if your in oak ridge's this is the grocery store to check out

This is the closest grocery store to my place and always my go to in oak ridges. I've been to food basics a few times but after having them be out of stock of random things like marshmallows and cauliflower this no frills always has them in stock. It's worth stopping here first every time.

Will not come back. Not sure if you have the wrong people, wrong culture or wrong management… it makes it incredibly frustrating when you are trying to get food out of the freezer section and you cannot open the doors because of towers of product still on the skids. Start paying people an extra couple of hours to come in and start the replenishment earlier so your customers don’t have to change their lists to accommodate your inabilities to get work done in a professional manner. You never see this at Food Basics just down the road

Today I visited Richmond Hill NoFrills however I faced a strange situation at the self-check out! They put metal bars at the entrance so you can not go through by trolley, so you need to get stuff off the trolly behind the bars, get it scanned and then faced a staff lady instructing you to return the trolly to the carts'! All the stores are trying to help to ease the customer experience, but don't know what is happening at NoFrills!!!

All staff are perfect and polite, except for one! I don't want to mention his name now. He looks straight to your eyes and speaks very loud in the store, so that you'll think he's out of his mind!

The cashier's are the most helpful in the store, some of the floor staff, are absolutely rude, down right racist. Try not to go there, instead make the trip to the one in Aurora.

A lot of produce is not fresh, even rotting. Store is not well maintained, international foods are limited and the store seems disorganized. Space is limited, but sticking random trays in the middle of small aisles makes it hard to squeeze through with a cart. This location is the closest for me but when I shop there I always find myself having to go to another grocery store for missing items.

Last week, the eggs on flyer were out of stock. Today, flyer super fries are out of stock. When asked, a lady in black-seemed like a manager-answered proudly, ‘we don’t have it!’
