Had the lunch buffet. Very tasty, there was a salad bar, pasta bar, and desserts. The "make your own pasta" chef was very nice.
Service was slow, but I believe it was due to understaffing, not sure! She was very polite however. 
Good choices for anyone at the buffet.

Service was friendly and top notch...had the salmon (excellent) and butternut squash Flatbread.  Highly recommend!  Great hotel eatery.
