Had high hopes based on some of the reviews, however the reception was lukewarm. The seafood chowder was tasty with tender chunks of various crustaceans but your typical thick cream base. I went for the cod for my main and it did not inspire... understeamed and coconut - cilantro broth bath was not working for me. "Weak" is the word that best describes my experience. I travel and eat out all the time and I am easy going on my reviews so I can only assume that they were simply having an "off night".

We arrived 5 minutes before closing time and they welcomed us in. The weekly special was breaded cod and without question was as good as we have had anywhere including some very high-end restaurants. The service was very good. We felt welcome, not rushed, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely would come back .

Nice lunch venue, right in the heart of Fredrickson NB Canada. Open space dining. Lots of room to stretch. Food made in house... great soups. Wonderful lunch spot. Good service.
