Castledowns Cleanitizing Drycleaners

Is the best dry cleaners to go too! I've been to so many dry cleaners, typically my overall impression has always been average but no wow! What impress me the most about Castledowns Cleanitizing is their professionalism and product knowledge. I've never been to a dry cleaner where they have provided me a detailed product knowledge on stain removal and their cleaning process and the work that is put into. When I returned to pick up my 5 WHITE Dress shirts and 3 suits which are not cheap that I purchased at Harry Rosen's. I could NOT believe the how clean my WHITE DRESS SHIRTS and the way my SUITS were pressed. Lets just say when they TALK they came out DELIVERING!!!! Price wise is comparable to Press Gallery and Page Dry Cleaning, but BETTER!

Awful experience. They Ruined my clothing, then lost it, and I had to take 7 trips in to finally pick it up. Big waste of money. I will never go here again.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! On Wednesday I brought my two white shirts and a colored shirt and a suit and a sport's jacket to have them cleaned, the new lady manager said she will do it but not sure about the sports jacket if it can be done on time for Saturday since Friday is a holiday, I said that is fine just let me know by phone. The next day she didn't call me to let me know if the jacket can be done too or not, I had the go to check, she said yes it can be done on time for Saturday and all will be ready. Today Saturday I went to get the clothes, the sports jacket still have the stain and the white shirts had the collars yellow along the neck line. I asked the lady why they are not cleaned, she said there was no enough time! she made me pay all the charge . VERY BAD SERVICE!! I am NOT going there any more. I advise everyone not to go there that is you want your clothes to be properly cleaned! The older manager I think his name was Sam, he was really good and professional and I always dealt with him, the new manager said that he retired. too bad.

Best dry cleaning service, I dropped off my wife's leather jacket that had a Cat pee stain. We called so many dry cleaners if they do leather cleaning, surprisingly not many does leather and suede cleaning. They were amazing and so professional. My wife was so happy that the stain came off and the jacket looked liked it was when she first bought it. Thank you Cleanitizing! Highly recommend to bring your leathers or suedes here, they know what they're doing!

I have been with Castledowns Cleanitizing DryCleaners for more than 5 Years and the level of utmost professionalism, as well the product with respect to the drycleaning services is Amazing. There are times where my dress shirts and dress pants dont need cleaning, but the Experience I have with Moe and Staff are awesome. They treat me like family and the owner is like a father to me with always great advice. This store is a safe space for young families like myself who want to start up a business, and talk to a well respected man like Moe whos been in business for over 25 + years. Great Experierience, Great Product, Quality is tremendous, and overall Customer Satisfication. I recommend everyone to go here to receive dry-cleaning, and other services done here.
