Castella Cheesecake

Only had cheesecake takeout someone gave me, so I can not comment on the service personally. Had it for dessert after my dinner at Wang Ji Chinese restaurant. The cake tasted rashly good. I know parking at Richmond Center is usually busy, free, but not impossible to find parking, especially near HBC.

The cheese tart is really good. their creamy croissants are really unique and delicious. I didn't enjoy the Japanese cheese cake. It didn't taste sweet. It also stinks after a while. Not recommended. The blueberry cheesecake is okayish. Very similar to normal cheese cake.

Good product. Zero customer service. No 'hello'. No 'thank you'. No repeat business. Management: your employees are not trained in the most basic of interactions. If this is not taught, how can your clients have confidence your product has any quality control?Food: 5/5

Oh my goodness, they were absolutely delicious! The cheese tart had a perfect balance of creamy and tangy flavors, with a flaky and buttery crust that melted in my mouth. The croissant was equally delightful, with its crisp exterior and soft, ice cream inside. I highly recommend visiting this store if you're a fan of cheese tarts and croissants. You won't be disappointed! I'll definitely be coming back for more of their delectable treats.

Very delicious cheese tarts! Usually a short line up and quick service. They pack the desserts into these very cute yellow boxes. However, they don't accept cash, so make sure to have a debit or credit card. Must try!!

Not very good. If you had a Hokkaido cheese tart before, Castella cheese tart not gonna get any score. But in general the crust was flaky, cheesy filling wasn’t so creamy and a bit runny and sour.

Great cheese tarts that are always hot out of the oven. They reheat very well.

The cheese tart is tasty, gooey, warm and amazing tasting. Like eating creamy, thick, savory and sweet cheezy lava in a butter crisp crust. Gem!

Super overpriced $5 for a mini croissant that they will heat up without asking gross, I don’t want mine warmed up thanks and they REFUSE TO TAKE CASH!! Forcing you to pull out a debit for something that should be able to be bought with change. Super disappointing!!

They have a unique cheesecake, a tart crust with a creamy center. They serve it warm and fresh a sign says they make them every hour?, limited seating in the store but wasn't a problem when I visited. New favorite cheesecake!
