Had another fantastic experience with Cassidy Plumbing. We had a toilet fail over the weekend, just before a holiday with lots of family in town. They were able to get me an appointment the next day, and Joe was in and out extremely efficiently, and did a great job, as we have come to expect from Cassidy! Very happy with the work, and gladly recommend Cassidy to anyone who needs a plumber!

Had a pinhole leak in a pipe to a toilet. The receptionist was very competent and had a guy at the house within an hour on a Sunday. These guys were thorough, skilled and isolated the leak professionally and had it repaired by the next day. Highly recommend this crew.

I needed my new dryer converted to propane. I was told by other companies that the job was too big because the dryer had to be taken apart. Joe and his coworker handled the conversion like true professionals...they came as scheduled and new what they were doing. However, the new dryer wasn't getting hot and thanks to Joe's trouble shooting, he found that the new dryer came with a delicate broken ignitor. Joe referred me to Whirlpool for a free replacement part and service instead of trying to get more money from me. But I wanted the repair over and done with quickly so Joe told me where I could get the part and then he came back a few days later and finished the job. New dryer running like new!

They were here with in the time frame given to me when I made the appointment. did the job I asked and more. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Joe came right away to replace our garbage disposal when our sink was backing up. He was courteous and professional, and did a great job quickly! Highly recommend Cassidy Plumbing!
