Our company specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours. This was the first time I have used Bell Heating & AC.  I had a Maintenance appointment and I am very happy with the Customer Service I received, from when I first called them, and when they came here.  Rui was very helpful as he  answered many questions I had about my heating systems being I had just recently moved.  He explained everything completely after doing the maintenance check. I look forward to continuing to use this company in my new dwelling.

I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment but it was worth the wait. The professionalism of the worker Omar was wonderful. He checked our air conditioning system from every angle possible. He changed the filter and installed a new thermostat. He was kind and patience. He explained and answered every question we asked him. I also appreciate the fact of all the Catholic Church Bulletins they advertise in. They help the Church by paying for the ad and in turn covers the cost of printing the weekly bulletin and purchasing the monthly booklet of the readings for Daily and Sunday Mass.
Omar took off his shoes and put on the booties that surgeons wear in the operating rooms. This is a superb company and recommend it 110%

My wife and I found the Bell personnel to be prompt with respect to keeping scheduled appointments, courteous, polite, and extremely careful when they installed our Mitsubishi ductless A/C and heating unit.  They laid down floor coverings to prevent tracking dirt onto the floor / carpets and were very careful with the furniture that they had to move.  The work was very nicely done and they left no trace that they had even been there except, of course, for our very nice new Mitsubishi unit.

Bell has been  servicing my heating & A/C units for over 10 years. They recently replaced a ductless a/c unit for me. Their pricing was fair and the installation was seamless. Their customer service team has always been responsive to any of my calls for tech support.

Made an appointment for a service call. I knew my unit was in bad shape, considering it was from 1984. The tech got me an appointment scheduled with Rio to prove out a new unit. He can the next day and sat with me for a good amount of time discussing our options. Decided to go with them for the replacement. Had it installed today, I was at work and there was an issue with a hornets nest. I got exterminator there and George and his crew worked through to make sure my unit got completed. Awesome job, even moved my unit to a better place. Would  def suggest them.
