I had a leak in the ceiling of my basement, located in a small area that was difficult to access. I was referred to T Webber and I can't express how pleased I am with their service. They were prompt and professional and shared my sense of urgency. Van C. was the technician assigned and he was professional from the moment he arrived. He explained in detail the repair before starting and completed a difficult job in a timely manner. His work was neat, and he was thorough in his review afterwards, making  sure I was pleased with the job. Thank you, Van I appreciate your commitment to doing a fine job and doing it right! I will recommended  T Webber to anyone needing a plumber!

Paul Desiena was the technician who came to clear our waste line today. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and personable. He knew exactly what needed to be done, wasted no time getting to the bottom of the problem, and resolved our issue in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things about Paul and the service that he provided - truly customer-centric!!!

I needed a water softener installed, a pressure reduction valve installed and another small job done. Joe R came out in April and looked at the job and quoted me a price. He walked me through every aspect of what the job would entail. He was very clear and asked if I understood what he was explaining. When the work actually was done in July, Joe showed up right on time and brought Phil T with him. Together, they worked very efficiently and very cleanly. They fully explained every step of the process tome and made sure I was comfortable with all they were doing. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Joe and Phil and T Webber as  a whole.

Recently I had 2 heating pipes leak (one in the garage ceiling, and one in the baseboard heater in the living room.)  In addition, the expansion tank and the backflow valve in the furnace room were leaking and needed replaced.  2 short pieces of copper pipe (less than 3 feet each) were replaced, along with the parts in the furnace room. The tech that came out did an excellent job, which I appreciate.  HOWEVER, I feel that T Weber's rates are VERY excessive, and that I was taken advantage of.  Rather than charging by the hour, they charge by the task.  Therefore, for just under 3 hours worth of work, I was charged just over $2,200.00!  The parts they replaced were probably worth around $400 or so, leaving a labor charge of roughly $1800, or $600 per hour!  OUCH!  

Yes, I stupidly agreed to the pricing ahead of time, but when I had water leaking in 4 places, soaking and damaging sheetrock, and no heat, I felt like I was backed into a corner.  Live and learn, I guess.... :(

Phil and Ed came on time, correctly analyzed our electrical problem and fixed it so our track system is fully operational. They were both professional extremely pleasant and I highly recommend them.
