Had a lovely time for my anniversary and the team was so warm and welcoming! All the food was incredible and with such a nice variety. I was blown away with every bite. The tea was incredible and the cakes that Cassandra makes were pieces of art themselves. My favourites were the cheese scones, turkey cranberry sandwich, and mini pumpkin cream cheese cupcake. My partner could tell you that my eyes literally lit up with wonder when I ate them. I have already recommended this store to all my friends, family, and coworkers. My hope is that I can come here again soon to try out the holiday menu, because I am sure it will be just as amazing as their current menu.

Cassandra Cake Co truly helped us out when our initial cake artist cancelled on the Wednesday prior to our Saturday in June 2022 wedding. We were at a loss of what to do in such a short period of time. Fortunately, a friend referred us to Cassandra Cake Co. Not only did they help us out at the last minute, but they created a beautiful cake that was exactly what we wanted with cupcakes. Their service was exceptional and even delivered to our venue in Vancouver which was extremely helpful on the day of our wedding. This provided much needed relief so that we would not have to worry about anything on the day. The cake tasted delicious and we had so many guests ask us where it was from. Everyone who tried it loved the design and taste. My nieces and nephews loved the cupcakes in an assortment of flavours and would not stop talking about them. We highly recommend Cassandra Cake Co for any events you may have! We cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating and flexible on such short notice and an overall big thanks for everything!!!

Where to begin? This business deserves much more than 5 stars. Cassandra and the whole team are incredibly talented, generous, and kind. They go above and beyond with every single thing they do. The cakes taste amazing, look too good to want to eat, and they are always show stopping. I usually order gluten free, nut free and vegan for my cakes and they are always DELICIOUS. Always moist and light. And almost always guests are shocked that the cake doesn't have gluten. I've even ordered a dog-friendly sweet potato cake for them and my dog loved it. Stop going anywhere else for baked goods - you've found your place.

I was excited to hear they were opening a little shop when I saw them at the Coquitlam Craft Fair this past Christmas. A great little cafe and bakery in PoCo. We’ve tried many flavours of their cupcakes as well as tried their cookies, scones, brownies, lemon tarts, oreo cheesecake croissants and tea. Loved everything! My personal favourites are the brown butter chocolate chip cookies and lemon tart. I also just ordered some teacher gifts here last week, and they enjoyed them very much! I love supporting local!

We make trying most High Tea places in the Lower Mainland a regular ritual. Two friends and I went here last Sunday and it was absolutely amazing! The place itself is so pretty inside, it makes you feel like you are having a special experience just being there. The food, both savory and sweet was so delicious and we left full and still had food to take home. The buttermilk scones are to die for, so soft & fluffy on the inside, but a little crunchy on the outside, and the lemon thumbprint cookies were devine! I almost want to write a bad review so we can keep this place all to ourselves!! But I can't. Secret Garden used to be our favourite high tea spot, but not any more!

Saw very positive reviews of Cassandra Cake online and decided to try it out. Strengths Delicious desserts for all the items we bought. Ever after a day, the muffin and cookie was still moist. The cranberry bar was also very good. And the chocolate cupcake - moist, flavourful and not overly sweet. The egg of latte we ordered was also very good. Weakness: Their items are pricy. A hightea is $50/person.

I ordered my son's birthday cake here. Gluten-free cake with minimal food colouring used. Jungle themed. They were so prompt and clear in their communication and delivered such a beautiful and tasty cake. I was blown away by the detail and execution. It was the talk of the party. I highly recommend Cassandra Cake and I'll be looking for more reasons to go back here.

Love the cookies and cupcakes! When I went I was created by the super friendly staff and chatted with the owner. What a fantastic place and an amazing addition to Port Coquitlam. Highly recommend dropping in for some premium baked goods

My husband and I enjoyed our high tea experience at Cassandra Cake Co. We don’t need to go to Empress in Victoria for this anymore! Food was absolutely great and the owner Cassandra and staff were very lovely. We want to do this every month to treat ourselves. Thank you

Cassandra truly went above and beyond decorating me a lemon, gluten free, two tiered cake for my wedding. She was accommodating, kind, and responsive via email the entire time I planned my wedding. The entire wedding party LOVED the cake- even after eating a three course meal. I got asked by family where they can try the cake in store for themselves. While planning the wedding, Cassandra offered a cupcake taster box which was fun tasting all the flavors they offer. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful, highly recommend this bakery!
