We tried the famous dacquoise and they are really delicious! The bread are so soft and tender, which makes it perfect for the different fillings inside. We'll definitely come back and visit again. One quick note: Google Maps seems to have a hard time locating this place correctly. Their unit number is #2150, so after you turn into the parking lot, go straight ahead instead of turning right as Google tells you to.
Tried their famous Dacquoise for the first time. They were very delicious with great different flavours to choose from. My favourite is the blueberry lemon. It's best to consume them the day of as they absorb too much moisture overnight and are not as good.
Very cute interior, friendly service, local artisan microshops to peruse. Location is a bit out of the way. Love the dacquoise - very soft but with a super thin crispy layer on the outside and filled with a flavoured buttercream. Good variety of filling flavours on display and they keep overnight at room temperature just fine. My favourite is the mango and matcha dacquoise. Great gift for gatherings - a unique treat.
Their dacquoise are amazing, defiantly a must try! I had their new Cinnamon Dolce flavor and it was soooo good. They're great for gifts and store well in the freezer. I also enjoyed a jasmine tea oat latte and it was just perfect!
The dacqoise are amazing. Was exactly as described on their card. They are slightly crisp but soft on the inside. All the flavours I tried were excellent. They were not overly sweet and I particularly enjoyed how the bitterness of matcha complements the sweetness of the cookie.
Discovered this small cafe and bakery in the tricities. Glad I did. The baked goods are delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. All their items are gluten free. Will be back for more!
I ordered the vegan/gf pecan spice cake with vanilla icing for my boyfriends birthday and it was SO good! His favorite cake is carrot cake but this cake tastes very similar, it's not too sweet but has the perfect balance. I would highly recommend ordering their cakes for anyone that is gf/dairy free/vegan or in general looking for a healthier cake :
Seems that this bakery is most famous for their Dacqouise - the other baked good options they have are fairly minimal. The location is extremely hard to find - google maps will take you to the back entrance before you finally figure out to go to the front on the other side. Then once on the other side the size of the logo is so small and hard to see from far away. I had ordered a classic coffee and bought a chocolate vegan cookie. The cookie seemed at least over 1 day old. Due to such a remote location it would make sense that this place has a hard time selling all baked goods in the same day. Since I came from outside Coquitlam & have found that this is not a bakery I would return to in the future.
Hidden gem in Poco area! Defo worth checking out their products including dacquoise and cute little goods! This place also has some nice tables and chairs forhang outs
Used to be really good, after their success their quality has declined rapidly. I hope the owners are noticing this and take steps to ensure the quality that it used to be
