Cascade Eye Center

Brought my son in for contacts. Staff was nice. The Doctor was nice at first, then became overly critical of my son wanting contacts. Misdiagnosed my sons eye vision, scared him into thinking he would go blind with contacts. Denied my sons request for contacts. Took my son to another doctor, who had a different diagnosis, and prescribed my son contacts. I would not return to cascade eye clinic due to the misdiagnosis, and aggressive behavior from the Doctor/owner. I have never been to a place that made a first time client feel so uncomfortable, and having a doctor raise his voice at a client and young child is unacceptable.

Cascade Eye Center is such a fun place to come into. They have a huge selection of frames and sunglasses. Employees are very friendly and happy. If you are looking for excellent costumer service and great advice, definitely go to Cascade Eye Center. Best frame selection in the Gorge hands down. Thanks to them, I have the best Prada frames!!! :)

Nice friendly staff they all do a super job And I received plenty of help picking out my new glasses answered all my questions without any problems.

Couldn't be more pleased with both the office operation and the quality of the technician and doctor. I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years, since my 40's.

you will think a eye clinic will have a really good customer services but is not the case at this place. I have an issue with my paperwork and the employees the deal with this, for them is more important to go to lunch rather them helping a customer for a few minutes. The Manager contact me but she never said sorry or apologize for any inconvenience as a today the issued is not been resolved, just for not taking five minutes to help me the same day.
