I come to Carlson's not for the drinks... Honestly not for the food either. I come because they welcome me regardless of the small size of my penis. Subway will only sell me 3in subs and clearly discriminate against small penis men like myself. I've begged for a 6in sub and all they do is laugh and me and say "you don't qualify white". Carlson's will sell you any meal regardless of penis size and that is what 5 star ratings are all about.

Wait staff very attentive, 5 stars. Salad bar fresh. Seafood buffet average. Scallops, separate order, overcooked.

New to the area so thought boyfriend and i wouldbgive this place a try. He had all u can eat pasta n i had salad bar along with crab cakes. Salad bar was subpar... usual assortments....nothing memorable. Lettuce bowl was sparse. Crab cakes were made with imitation crab....yuck. Pasta was well, pasta. Again, nothing memorable and their rules were we couldnt take home the leftover. Best thing was the view of lake. Sorry to say, we wont return.

We love Carlson's. Great food and atmosphere They even plow a parking lot for the people who use the lake, for free, that is rare and greatly appreciated

Family has been coming here for years and we love the food and atmosphere right on scenic Castle Rock Lake!
