Had a great experience working with Jeremy to get financing for my new to me car!! Left the lot with a beautiful 2018 Mazda and a whole lot of peace of mind! I bought a truck from there. I just want to say that dealing with those guys was very pleasant. They don't act like car salesmen, they don't pressure you at all and they don't use typical car sales tactics to get you to buy something from them. They got everything transfered and ready very quickly and followed through with everything they promised. I will for sure be referring them to anybody that needs a vehicle in the future. Great experience.

Best car buying experience I’ve had, with the way the market is these days it can be difficult to find a good deal! I’d recommend carloft Napanee to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Nick and Jeremy are great and worked hard to get me the car I wanted !

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Nick at the Napanee location. These two are absolute gentleman. They both took the time 30 minutes before closing to meet with me. I had a horrible experience from a Chevy dealership and these two turned that around. They took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and found me a truck the next day. I never felt rushed and these two went to bat for me and kept me updated along the way and always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. Now I have an amazing Nissan Titan with a great warranty. I will be bringing all my business to them in the future. Jeremy and Nick are professionals you can trust every step of the way!

My 2019 ended with a bang, crash, three rolls and a vehicle in which was deemed by the insurance company as a ‘total loss’. My car shopping experience was not a typical, excited to shop for a ‘new’ car experience as many people can relate to. The insurance company allowed for a 5 day rental car, as many already know, 5 days simply is not a realistic amount of time to price, test and find the car you feel comfortable in, especially not after immediately rolling your previous vehicle numerous times. My car shopping experience was forced, as a vehicle is crucial to my everyday life. The last company I had purchased my now totaled vehicle from had left a negative lasting experience. I decided to contact Carloft, Napanee location this experience was nothing less than professional and positive. Nick Jensen is the Sales Associate – who not only found a suitable car within my budget, safety ratings, and model/make preference he also managed to work with my extremely busy work schedule. I have nothing but appreciation, Nick made a time-sensitive stressful situation as convenient, and effortless as possible. I also would like to give credit to the Finance Manager, Joe as he was incredibly easy to work with to meet my budget with regards to the financing, affordable payments and added insurance, to ensure I will protected financially in the future. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with my Carloft experience, I would highly recommend this company and their staff to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Jeremy was the most helpful person during a very stressful time! He made sure I was in a vehicle as quick and painlessly as he could. I definitely recommend!
