Usually when a corporation takes over a small local business, things are changed but not usually for the better. Gerdau has done a exceptional job and not only improving the quality/experience of the yard for customers, but they also maintain that small, independent business feel. They treat you like a person not a number and as someone who has supported this yard for a long time, I am happy to continue doing so under the new management. Amazing staff, amazing service and the cleanest scrap yard around BY FAR
There hours are incorrect they are not open Saturday or Sundays
These folks are always warm and friendly. Been dealing with them for years. Fair prices. Staff are happy and helpful. Never a bad experience.
Always been more than fair and easy to deal with. A few years back i had booked in a truck to get rid of a lot of old trucks/equipment as scrap.But between the time i booked and when they picked it up the price of steel went down. They were upfront about the price drop and honored the higher price without me even having to ask. I've been dealing with them ever since and would always recommend them.
Only thing this joke of a business has going for it is he seems to pay the most for scrape cars. But they lie, they don't even know where there own drivers are when they send them out and they don't call back. I won't be doing business with this joke of a business again!
Always friendly and helpful. The guy in the office even remembered me from my last visit a month ago!
Friendly representative, did his job quickly, efficiently and left as quickly.
