Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels

Went out of my way to choose a Caribou shop, knowing they would have good food and drinks only to find out the entire front bar electrical strip had never been hooked up to the electric. Seriously?! Not something I would expect from a quality place. The two stars are for the AMAZING employees.

On the more expensive route, about the same prices as Starbucks maybe a bit cheaper. Drinks are so good, far superior to Starbucks and Peets. Their rewards program is great! And the fact that Einstein and Caribou are partnered means great bagels and great coffee. Great place to get work done. Outlets everywhere and comfy seats and some large tables for groups.

Stopped here yesterday to try their smoothies. It was my first time here but I would definitely be back here soon. Love their smoothies..

Sadly disappointed by this place. My first visit here - I love Caribou and Einstein, so was looking forward to it - but the place was filthy. (5:30 on a Saturday PM). Not one table was wiped down, the floors and chairs were crumb covered, behind the counter the prep area/floor looked no better. I respectfully shared my observations with the manager. Hope they can get it together.

Never have Asiago bagels or plain! Never gets my order right. I mean almost everyone in Waukesha was exited for this place but now it is like you go threw the drive thru and you say “can I have a plain bagel,” “No sorry We don’t have any” “Asiago?” “No” “we only have jalapeño and pumpkin left”. That is what they told me just now. They should really cook there bagels every 2 hours not 3 or 4 because so many people go there.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
